    For a Changing World

    In 2019, Workday's external Ad agencies passed on the timeline and budget restraints of launching a new corporate manifesto "For a Changing World". Utilized internal resources and leveraged select vendor relationships to deliver on the project as well as create a curated library of global assets. All under budget expectations and under 6 weeks start to finish.

    Moments that Matter

    Communicate to people through people. It doesn't matter if you are B2B. You should be having a real conversation. It's about "Moments That Matter". Part of a joint recognition and recruiting campaign for Workday in partnership with Great Places to Work. This project helped garner top ranking in Workday's GPTW submission as well as extend their brand to the careers page.

    Innovation Series

    Don't just speak about innovation. See it! Feel it! Hear it! This series was created on a fast track timeline and for very little budget. I found the creative direction every bit as innovative as the messaging. Used in field marketing, demand gen, social, events and Dot.com. This award winning campaign series was FUN and EASY to execute.

    Your customer is your strongest voice! Through extensive partnership, I've built pipelines for A-list content that spans all channels and every touch point of the funnel. This video was #1 on the company website for several months running. It was executed for a quarter of the traditional cost and timeline. Multi-faceted storytelling at its best.

    For the Workday Elevate conference. An Award Winning Creative approach that is literally elevated above the Workday Product. 4 weeks lead time, less than 2k props budget. This award winning creative was scalable and useable for years to the organization. Ran the gamut of events, Dot.com, and field marketing.

    Giving and Doing - YearUp

    Highlighting and supporting community has become more than nice to have in corporate responsibility, its expected. People want to know where you stand on important social issues. This award winning campaign on bridging the opportunity gap was an inspiration across both YearUp and Workday, and used to bring on board more customers and commitment from the community.

    Devcon

    This twice-awarded project has a special place in my heart. I rallied a team in 2023 to use and research the latest AI tools for a unique Developer Convention Open. Over a dozen AI tools were researched and utilized in bringing this video, as well as an, entire team together. There was a leaf blower involved, an iPhone, as well as some unconventional cooling methods for overheated camera equipment. The result was a powerful open for Devcon.

    Atlanta Recruiting Intiative

    Workday's offices needed to boost recruitment efforts in their new Atlanta, Georgia branch. Competition for developer talent in the local market was huge! This multi-storied, multi-channeled series was a huge success in attracting top talent to the organization. Achieved through long standing expertise and industry contacts in the local area.

    Super Sessions with Reach

    Selling a set of 16 session open videos as campaign assets rather than one off bespoke videos for a single user conference added reach to the business in all cross channel communications and even influenced future campaigns. This creative sliced and diced its way through social channels beyond the conference and had real results, more than doubling existing engagement.

    Forever Forward

    Relaunching a corporate narrative is no small feat. It is an act of courage. Working tirelessly with Workday's brand team, copywriters and CMO to lock a script and execute a video in just 9 days. Comparable agency works were 220k and +6 weeks on timelines. This video was created with 90% Company owned and produced assets. Not just another stock job, this was personal.
